GREELEY, Colo. — The Greeley City Council is proud to announce the following Board and Commission appointments:

• Kimber Watson– Commission on Disabilities
• Brian Persons – Construction Trades Advisory and Appeals Board
• James Morris – Construction Trades Advisory and Appeals Board
• Justin Ghofrani – Downtown Development Authority
• Theresa Myers – Downtown Development Authority
• Jodi Witter – Union Colony Civic Center Advisory Board
• Samantha Corliss – Union Colony Civic Center Advisory Board
• Joseph Murphy – Water and Sewer Board

Greeley has open spots on several Boards and Commissions for people who want to share their ideas and give helpful feedback to local leaders in city related projects: 

• Citizen Budget Advisory Committee – 1 seat available.
• Commission on Disabilities – 2 seats available.
  • 1 seat requires a local employer or community member at large.
  • 1 seat requires a person with a disability or a parent/guardian.
• Construction Trades Advisory and Appeals Board – 4 seats available.
  • 1 seat requires a building/construction background.
  • 1 seat requires a mechanical background.
  • 1 seat requires an electrical background.
  • 1 seat, with a preference for Greeley residents.
• Human Relations Commission – 4 seats available.
• Museum Advisory Board – 1 seat available.
• Stormwater Board – 1 seat available.
• Union Colony Civic Center Advisory Board – 1 seat available.
• Youth Commission Board – 2 seats available.

The city will accept applications until 8 a.m., Tuesday, July 22. Apply online at greeleygov.com/government/b-c/home.
