Greeley Winter Farmers' Market Begins Nov. 7
The tenth annual Winter Farmers' Market in Greeley opens Saturday, Nov. 7 at Zoe's Café and Events, 715 10th St.
The market will take place on the first and third Saturdays of the month, November through mid-May. Community members can shop for local food and products from 9 a.m. to noon.
This season features a great lineup of vendors. Shoppers will enjoy hardy root crops, winter squash, greenhouse-grown produce, locally raised meat, fresh bread, coffee, honey, savory spices, and more.
To create a safe market experience, officials encourage visitors to follow the below COVID-19 shopping advice:
- Wear a mask. Governor Jared Polis extended the executive order requiring anyone age 11 and older to wear a face-covering in Colorado's indoor public spaces.
- Have an idea or a list of what you need.
- Wash your hands.
- Limit what you touch.
- Stay at least six feet away from other people who are not from your household.
- Don't eat at the market.
The Summer Farmers' Market is open on Saturdays until the end of October. Don't miss the bounty of the fall harvest from 8 a.m. until noon at the Union Pacific Depot, 902 7th Ave.
